Hi! I'm Alexandria St. Rose

A BOARD- CERTIFIED NURSE PRACTITIONER WITH ADVANCED TRAINING IN FUNCTIONAL AND I AM fascinated by THE SCIENCE OF SUSTAINABLE HABIT CHANGE AND LOW-TOXIN LIVING. 

Before transitioning into Functional Medicine,  I worked as a Nurse Practitioner in Nephrology. Spending years in the inpatient and outpatient setting, combined with my own unresolved health struggles, opened my eyes to a deeper truth: Our healthcare system manages disease- but it rarely creates health.

Now, I'm on a mission to change that.
